By playing Crazy Hanzi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The service

Crazy Hanzi is a browser game for learning and matching Chinese characters. The core game is free to play. On our standalone website, optional Crazy Hanzi Pro is available as a one-time digital purchase through Payhip.

2. Crazy Hanzi Pro (standalone web)

Pro may include, among other benefits:

Pro is activated with a license key sent by Payhip after purchase. Refunds are handled according to Payhip’s refund policy; revoked licenses lose Pro access on the next verification check.

3. No account

The game does not require you to create an account with us. Progress may be saved locally in your browser.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Advertising

When hosted on third-party portals, the game may show advertisements provided by that platform. On the standalone website, ads may appear for free users; Pro removes ads on that version only. Ad availability on embed hosts is controlled by the host.

6. Intellectual property

The game, visuals, code, and curated content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

9. Third-party platforms

If you play on CrazyGames, GameDistribution, or another portal, their platform terms also apply. In case of conflict regarding platform services (ads, accounts, billing), the platform’s terms govern those services.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact the developer through the support channel listed on the game’s store page on the platform where you play.
